The Book of War states you may not have modern prints on garb. If you are not sure if the print you want to use is modern, please ask before making something you can't wear. In Arnor, we extend this rule to shields and swords. In mundane terms, this means no "Scooby Doo" shields or "smiley face" sword covers. Modern prints make garb look poor and have a comic effect. This detracts from the atmosphere and the image we are trying to project.
