I can try. I'll let you know how to get there from Forest Park practice, and hopefully people can adjust their routes accordingly. Take Lindell to Skinker and turn right. You could also turn left and take Forsyth, but turning right is generally easier and its a busy road. Take Skinker to Forest Park Parkway, the next light. Turn left. I just got an email from the director of Liggett-Koenig. We are booked for that lawn from 12-4 on Sep 6 and he's positive about us being there whenever we want to practice (but it is not a reservable space for practices). This lawn is right on Shepley drive at the very end of the road. There's even parking, or there was before the construction. Has anyone who lives on campus been to the South 40? The person in Reslife says the lawn is no longer under construction but is smaller,...

Naw, I think we want to keep the date. The closer to the activities fair the better. I actually like the Liggett-Koenig location better. Will it be open? If not, try other places on campus. If we have to change dates, fine, but if we wait a long enough time, there's a potential chance freshmen will make commitments to other on campus groups.

The request has been put in, but I have yet to hear from the school. there shouldn't be a problem, unless it's service first time... We can always relocate to Ligget-Koenig. We do however need a rain location, I will look into that.
Lake St. Louis will probably be there, I have alerted them to the event. I also just acquired some contact info for SUIE, I will contact them soon.

I know I visit my parents a lot or have research on Saturday and I'm not always there, but I would appreciate being more actively included in this conversation. As Reho pointed out, I am usually the authority on the equipment, and I'm pretty well-versed with the university side of things as well. On a different note, what should be the theme of the mini-event on the Saturday after the activities fair? We could call it the Wash. U. opener and theme it that way. Also, we need to get in touch with other mid-west groups to get a decent turn-out. Who lives close enough to us that we could contact?
